SUBSCRIPTIONS

To subscribe, please call our subscription services department at 1-800-777-7098, write us at The Crafts Report, P.O. Box 1992, Wilmington, DE 19899, or securely submit a Subscription form online. Please allow 6 to 8 weeks for delivery.

U.S. Subscription rates are $29 for one year, $52 for two years, and $72.50 for three years. Canada and foreign subscription rates are $41 for one year, $77 for two years and $110.50 for three years. U.S. Single copy sales are $5.00 and $7 for Canada and foreign. All payments must be in U.S. Funds on a U.S. Bank. Prices are subject to change without notice.

SAMPLE/BACK ISSUES

Current and back issues of selected months are available for $6.95 per issue (Foreign: $10 per issue). To order an issue, please call the subscription services department or securely submit a Back Issue form online. Please allow 2 weeks for U.S. delivery; 3 to 4 weeks for foreign delivery.

RENEWALS

You can renew your subscription by either returning your payment by mail, securely submitting a Renewal form online or calling the subscription services department. When calling, please make sure you ask about the savings on two- and three-year subscriptions.

CHANGE OF ADDRESS

To ensure timely and continuous service, please either send your old address information (or mailing label, if possible) along with your new name and/or address to our subscription services department, call them at 1-800-777-7098 or securely submit a Change of Address form online. Please allow 6 to 8 weeks for these changes to take effect.

BILLINGS & PAYMENTS

If you have questions concerning a payment or renewal, please contact the subscription services department. If you receive a billing notice AFTER you have sent us your payment, it is possible your payment and our notice have "crossed in the mail." However, if you receive a second notice after you have paid, please mail us a copy of your credit card statement or both sides of your cancelled check.

FREE GIFTS

Periodically The Crafts Report incorporates premiums, or free gifts, in its marketing campaigns. If you have agreed to renew in advance or subscribe through a special promotion, gifts are usually sent upon payment. Once your payment has been made, your free gift will be mailed. You should receive your free gift within three to four weeks from the time you mailed your payment. However, if you have not received your free gift within this time frame, please call our subscription services department or e-mail them at subscribe@craftsreport.com.

LATE ISSUES

Each issue is mailed at the beginning of the month prior to the cover date (i.e., February's issue is mailed the beginning of January). If you have not received your issue by the end of the following month of the issue's distribution date (i.e., if you haven't received February's issue, which comes out in January, by the end of February), please call the subscription services department and we will send you a duplicate issue or extend the term of your subscription by one month.

MISSED ISSUES

If you've missed an issue, we may have an incorrect address on file. Please call our subscription services department or e-mail them at subscribe@craftsreport.com to verify your address.

Your magazine also may have not been delivered because of nonpayment. If we haven't received your payment, please send your remittance to: The Crafts Report, P.O. Box 1992, Wilmington, DE 19899 or call the subscription services department to reinstate your subscription.

If, however, you are unable to determine the cause of the missed issue, please call or e-mail our subscription services department at subscribe@craftsreport.com.

DAMAGED ISSUES

If you receive a damaged issue, please call our subscription services department or e-mail them at subscribe@craftsreport.com and a replacement issue will be sent immediately. If the issue is out of stock, we will extend your subscription by one month.

If, however, your issue frequently arrives damaged, then your mailbox may be too small for the magazine. If this is the case, please speak to your letter carrier about a more suitable location. If your mailbox is properly sized, then please call your post office to determine if the magazine arrives in good condition. If it doesn't, please call or e-mail the subscription services department.

EXPIRATION DATE

The label on your magazine always shows the date of your last issue in the upper right-hand corner, as shown at right. Unless you renew, your subscription will expire with that issue.

CANCELLATION

If you are not completely satisfied with the magazine, you can cancel your subscription anytime and receive a full refund for all unmailed issues. There is a short processing time for a cancellation to become effective. Please ignore any invoices you receive after you have canceled your subscription.

If you wish to resume your subscription after cancellation, please either return the refund check with a request to reinstate your subscription or send us a new check. If you ordered by credit card and wish to resume service, we will put in a new order for you. You can reinstate by either calling the subscription services department, securely submitting a Subscription form online or by writing to us at: Subscription Services Department, P.O. Box 1992, Wilmington, DE 19899.

On occasion, we make our subscriber list available to carefully screened companies whose products or services may be of interest to you. It is a violation of the federal copyright law to reproduce all or part of The Crafts Report or The Crafts Report Online or their contents by photocopying, facsimile, scanning, or any other means without written permission from the Publisher. The Copyright Act imposes liability of up to $100,000 per issue for such infringement.

For quality reprints in quantities of 100 or more, please call the subscription services department. Cost is contingent upon quantity and color.
